Our family had a wonderful stay at Rum Point. Be sure to read the listing thoroughly so you’re prepared (water shoes for the beach, and do you research about the location). Reviews you see that are lower tend to be from people who didn’t do that. It’s a gorgeous setting, and we loved our time there.

Awesome location

We had a great stay on the North Side! The pool was awesome. Great amenities. I appreciated ordering groceries for Saturday and having Andre keep them safe until he put them in our house when we arrived on Sunday. While east side beaches have no seaweed and are prettier, access to snorkeling and excursions are best on this side of the island. We had a car and explored the island. The busyness of SMB made us appreciate our little slice of heaven!

I have returned multiple times to Ocean Paradise because it is truly paradise. The location and access to the beach is wonderful. The owner is attentive and responsive. I highly recommended this property. Thank you for another incredible stay, Sean!

Our time at Ocean Paradise was amazing! The location is in a quieter part of the island, and close to plenty of great beaches and activities. The beach in front of the property is rocky, but we were able to snorkel directly in front of the house and saw a lionfish and other types of tropical fish. The property is quiet and peaceful and other than the few people staying at the other houses, we didn't see another person on the beach the entire week. Rum Point is an easy 5 minute drive away with several great beaches, shallow clear water, beach bars, restaurants, activities, etc... We drove to 7-Mile Beach a couple days, which was ~45 minutes away, but it's a beautiful and easy drive to get to the other side of the island. Restaurant options and grocery stores are definitely limited on the North Side, but there was a small grocery store 5 minutes away for daily trips and we were able to resupply at the larger grocery stores anytime we went into town. Overall highly recommended!

We have stayed at Ocean Paradise multiple times, and enjoy it more every time. It is the perfect location for a staycation on the North Side of the Island. Beautiful, spacious and peaceful with everything we could possibly need to relax and enjoy this amazing beachside community. Absolutely love it!

The home and location were really nice. The North Side of the island is pretty far from everything which is nice if you want quiet, you'll have the whole beach to yourself. There are a few decent restaurants within 10 minutes. Most activities are 30-45 minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay, but 1.5 hours of driving every day to and from activities got kinda old after a few days. If you plan to spend most of your time at the house/beach/pool this is a great place to stay.

This was our 6 th stay at Ocean Paradise! Tranquil to the extreme. Responsive host.Only criticism is recent change in air conditioning - unable to set lower than 72( upstairs bedrooms are too warm at night)

We really enjoyed our time here! The view is incredible and home is clean and spacious. It was great to have a small private beach area and access to the swimming pool.

Great house for a vacation (or in our case, a staycation). House was great value for the location and the amenities. Everything was very clean and the pool and the beach were great for families. We had our dog with us and the property manager was very accommodating. We had dinner at nearby Kaibo and used the on location BBQ. I would recommend!

Highly recommend the Yellow House as an excellent way to experience Cayman Island... great location on the more relaxed North Shore... ocean just steps from the front door and pool just steps from the side door... short drive to Rum Point for drinks, a more swimmable beach, and water activities... grocery store nearby was well stocked... took an easy ferry ride over to Seven Mile Beach for the day... house itself if great and makes for an easy stay... coms with our host was excellent throughout the process... highly recommend.

We loved the beach house, everything was very clean and the host was fast to reply with any questions or concerns. Please note that the beach is rocky so make sure you bring aqua socks. Also, having a mask & snorkel are a must for enjoying the water, you'll want to bring these on your trip as well. My only "complaint" with the property is that nothing is stocked, it only had salt & pepper. It stinks when you have to buy some staple items like sugar. We had leftover plastic wrap, zip lock bags and laundry detergent - I wonder if they will be left for the next guest. Overall, a wonderful house with a nice pool, plenty of parking and steps from the water. Highly recommended!

Well kept and beautiful views.

Loved the house. 3 comfortable bedrooms with queen or king beds and 3 bathrooms plus a 4th room for kids. Our family of 8 was very comfortable. Pool area was great and we unexpectedly enjoyed some swimming and snorkeling on the beach out front, Chisholm's grocery a few miles down the road had all the essentials and we enjoyed dinners at Kaibo’s, Tukkas East End, and especially La Casita (brunch burrito was delicious). Especially enjoyed hanging out at Rum Point Club’s lovely beach (public is welcome). Family enjoyed excursions to Crystal Caves and The Cayman Parrot Sanctuary. On our last day, we enjoyed swimming and snorkeling at Cemetery Beach at the north end of Seven Mile Beach. Cayman Islanders were very friendly, laid back, hospitable, and welcoming. Driving around on left side or road took careful attention and some getting used to but traffic circles kept traffic flowing beautifully. Probably turned windshield wipers on 50 times even though it never rained all week (wiper control where directional signal usually is) It was a running joke as the grandkids were counting every screw up.

Great location if you want to get away from the crowds. Convenient to some of the nicer attractions on the island, but a long way from the airport and 7-mile beach. Recommend visitors to grocery shop in town before driving to the house. There's a nice little store close by, but not much selection compared to stores in town.

Beachfront property was wonderful. Nice to get away from the traffic of the Seven Mile area but still close to great activities and restaurants. Definitely would recommend!

The property and house was absolutely beautiful. We can’t of asked for a better place to stay. The listing was accurate.

This villa is in a beautiful location right off the water! The property was very clean and spacious. The property manager was very easy to get in touch with and polite. My family and I had a wonderful stay here, and would definitely book again.

Very nice the cleanliness was top notch had everything you needed to make yourself at home. the views are fantastic the layout was also great. plenty of towels and soap for your guests. 50 steps to the ocean 50 steps to the pool 20steps to the grill. 25 minutes from main grocery store Hurley's although 1 within 3 miles and another in 10 miles. 45 minutes to airport. Very quiet great location great air conditioning always comfortable and quick to cool down.just a short drive to the botanical gardens great staff and very welcoming. The management group was outstanding.
